The team at 8Bit Arcade are working on a blockchain architectural solution that will span multiple chains. So as to provide the best experience possible to gamers, we are currently undergoing a review / design & development phase so as to position ourselves as a truly seamless multichain gaming platform. We will release a tokenomics paper underscoring all GameFi, DeFi and SoFi tooling that will be built into this solution in due course. But for now you can find information on our existing $NBBL token which is live on the TELOS blockchain.
$NBBL
8Bit Arcade will have a utility token that will give our holders a say in business-related decisions. We will host community proposals in our Discord server where holders can discuss and vote on important issues and the future direction of the project. We value the input of our holders as they play a vital role in helping us build the best platform possible.
NIBBLE (meaning: a group of four bits, or half a byte) and will be on the Ethereum & Telos blockchains (+ more in future) and have a maximum supply of 888,000 $NBBL per chain. We will introduce the following features to help shape what will be a governance token like no other!
Max wallet size of 2% of supply
A multi-signatory system for all wallets relating to the project.
A minimum of two signatures will be required to authorize any transaction from these wallets, a community vote will be mandatory every quarter on deliverables and expenditures.
All liquidity will be locked and can only be released on token holders say so (a mandatory community vote will be required).
Core Team wallets will be locked for a minimum of two years and any subsequent allocations from further mint(s) will also be subject to the same lock mechanism.
An independent audit of the token contract has been PASSED.
Token Launch
Our Token Launch was conducted through Swapsicle on the 10th of April 2023. A sum of 17,760 (6%) NBBL will be locked for the core team (amended on the 02/03/23) for a period of 1 year at a time, further locks to be implemented.
All liquidity remaining on exchange will be locked for six months on completion of Launch, a further lock will be voted on by the community before end of this initial lock period.
Maximum wallet subscription will be 2%. (17/02/23)
Maximum buy will be limited to 2% of supply per wallet.
$NBBL will in future become a utility token. It will be available on Ethereum / Telos / Other gaming compatible chains! It will fulfil the purpose of transacting within our ecosystem and benefit from added perks and discounts. It will enable gamers to purchase platform related services, subscriptions, shopping goods and exchange between community members. We will also be facilitating the use of partner tokens and Stablecoins such as USDT & USDC as well as some FIAT currencies as alternative means of payment within our ecosystem too.
